Bioinformatics-native AI agent skill library with reproducible, local-first skills for genomics, pharmacogenomics, ancestry analysis, and related biological workflows.
Overview
ClawBio is a domain-specific skill library built for biological and bioinformatics agent workflows. Instead of offering a generic prompt catalog, it packages specialized, reproducible pipelines as OpenClaw-style skills that can be invoked by an orchestrator or run standalone. The site emphasizes practical scientific reproducibility: each skill exports commands, environment definitions, and SHA-256 checksums so analyses can be rerun without trusting the agent itself. The current library spans pharmacogenomics, ancestry PCA, semantic similarity over biomedical literature, nutrigenomics, metagenomics, GWAS lookup, polygenic risk scoring, and other genomics-adjacent tasks. ClawBio also positions privacy and locality as core design goals, saying genomic data can stay on the user’s own machine instead of being uploaded to a remote service. For OpenClawMap, this fits Skills & Registry because ClawBio is fundamentally a curated repository of reusable agent skills, with community contribution paths and a growing catalog of specialist capabilities.
When to Use ClawBio
Use this tool if you:\n- Need bioinformatics or genomics workflows packaged as reusable agent skills instead of ad-hoc prompts.\n- Want reproducible biological analyses with exported commands, environment files, and checksums.\n- Need domain-specific skills for pharmacogenomics, ancestry analysis, GWAS lookup, metagenomics, or related tasks.\n- Prefer local-first execution for privacy-sensitive data such as personal genomic files.\n- Want a community-maintained specialist skill library built on OpenClaw conventions.
